DualPoint Management LLC Refund Policy
Effective Date: 06/01/2025

At DualPoint, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every medical supply purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

We accept returns and provide refunds under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Due to health and safety regulations, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used medical supplies.

  • Personal protective equipment (PPE), including masks and gloves.

  • Clearance or final sale items.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • Email clear photos and a description of the issue to: support@medipoint.com.

  • We will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit based on your preference.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our Customer Support Team at dualpointmgmt@gmail.com or call 1-657-206-2845.

  2. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and a return authorization number.

  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

5. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product was defective or we made a shipping error.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
